Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.
During collection launches, restocks, or high-volume periods, processing may extend slightly as each piece is finished and quality-checked.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Lost or Delayed Packages
Fable Clay Co is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping information.
If your package appears lost, please contact us and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
Incorrect Addresses

Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer cannot be replaced or refunded.
